This Privacy Policy describes how PON AI ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you provide when you join our waitlist or contact us by email. We aim to keep this as short and clear as possible.

1. What we collect

• Email address — when you submit the waitlist form.
• Technical metadata — IP address, approximate timestamp and form source. Used only for security (rate limiting and abuse prevention).
• Email content — if you contact us at [email protected], we keep what you wrote in order to reply.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling or analytics that identify you.

2. Why we collect it (legal basis)

• Consent — you explicitly submit your email to join the waitlist (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Legitimate interest — preventing spam and abuse of the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. How we use it

• To send you waitlist updates, early access invites and bonus content related to PON AI.
• To notify you when our product launches and to offer founders pricing.
• To reply to messages you send us.

We will not sell, rent or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Where your data lives (processors)

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate this site:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and request logs.
• Resend (Drest, Inc.) — storing your email in our audience and delivering messages.

These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep your email as long as you remain subscribed. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below). Security logs are retained for a short period (typically 30 days).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, simply email [email protected]. Every email we send also contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Cookies

This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. The only data stored client-side is what your browser needs to render the page.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
